So in the past 24 hours I've learned a few things.
1) that sometimes you have to step back from a place you like if it means your own mental health even if it means being labelled as a bad guy for it.

This show does something I really appreciate but will keep very vague as to keep from spoiling it.

When a story tries to have a nonhuman character become more human the author then must draw a line in the sand of what constitutes a human and this very often exposes how limited...

Just finished watching Precure All Stars: Singing with Everyone, Miraculous Magic! After the past couple Precure spring movies I saw, this was a pretty good one! It took the form of a musical - something I definitely wasn't expecting (but really should have given the title), but the songs were (1/2)

Just finished watching Ninjago Dragons Rising Season 3 with @omegarider02.bsky.social! While this season did have its cons, this was without a doubt the best Arin has ever been. His story was really well-done and sends such a great message. The Ninja were great too, and Ras continues to be a (1/2)

That was genuinely a fantastic show, I have to say. I'm at a bit of a loss for words because of the sequel movie teaser trailer as of writing this, but the show itself I really enjoyed. Renako was a really fun (1/4)

Kamen Rider Zeztz, episode 2! Yet another fantastic episode honestly! I really like the chemistry of Tetsuya and Nasuka, with their differing perspectives on the black cases! I liked Nemu more this week and am curious to know more about her, and all the dream world stuff was once again very (1/2)

I fell in love with the sci-fi western aesthetic that this show was going for pretty quickly. The characters being CGI surprised me at first, but I quickly grew on it due to the CGI allowing them to be more expressive than traditionally drawn anime characters.

Not yet. I watched this movie with my college anime club, so we’re gonna watch the other one at some point.

Lego Ninjago: Dragons Rising Season 3 (2025)

Dragons Rising continues to be a great show. I loved following Arin's character development as he continued his search for his parents, and Ras continues to be an amazing villain. I do wish we got more of the Forbidden Five, though.

Just finished watching season 3 of LEGO Chima with
@omegarider02.bsky.social, and with it, the entire show! This was definitely an improvement from Season 2, with better villains in the Hunters! While I don't think they were perfect, they were good, and so were the new heroic characters! The (1/2)
