Validation testing is going VERY well. And we're narrowing in on final designs for the main housing of Openviro PoE. We're using 3DPrinting for prototyping the design, but the final version will likely be FR4. Looking forward to sharing more later this week!
The first 40 validation boards have arrived! If everything checks out, we should be able to launch pre-orders next week

Openviro Axe PoE is a rack mountable, highly accurate temperature and humidity sensor that integrates with your SNMP v2/v3 monitoring software.
Getting closer to an official launch!
We're getting REALLY close to a big announcement. In the meantime, enjoy this render of our first official retail product. The Openviro Axe PoE is a rack-mountable, dual-probe system for monitoring temperature and humidity in server racks via SNMP. I can't wait to tell you more.
Fully functional and rack mounted!

We're 3D Printing the IO plates for prototyping. The final version will be FR4.
Test fitting the case today.

Nailed it!
U7 is the easy one. RP2040 😉

U6 is the Ethernet controller, a LAN8710A.
Successfully tested over 54v PoE and 12v DC. Already a couple bugs to quash, but we're well on our way!
Look what arrived today!
"Hello, World!"
