I was calling it a souls-like if it was turn-based but turns out I was more accurate than that, there's estus flasks and campfire mechanics and the dodge and parry are BRUTAL I may need to put the difficulty down to easy

This felt like an extremely Brennan Lee Mulligan thing to do.

The problem was that the pencil diagnosed this condition as "rapping clam"

Anyway because this is a real thing that happens to me in real life I just looked it up and it's called anomic aphasia

I had a dream where I was playing a game with Brennan Lee Mulligan and having trouble in the middle of a sentence because all words were failing me, and he went "oh hang on you might want this" and went in back and gave me a pencil that said "ask your doctor about" and told me I shouldn't apologise.

4: Bake for ~25 minutes at 400. The bacon won't get crispy because you're baking it in its grease with the cheese but that's okay, it will still be fully cooked

3: Cut a package of bacon in half - DO NOT USE THICK CUT. Wrap the jalapeno and cheese in a half slice of bacon. The thinner and fattier the cut, the better - you want the grease to cut the heat of the jalapenos as they bake

3a: OPTIONAL - sprinkle some cheddar on top if you're feeling fancy

2: Fill the halved jalapenos with cream cheese. I use the 1/3rd less fat neufchatel, it's often on sale and it tastes exactly the same to me, your experiences may differ.

2a: OPTIONAL - also shove some shredded cheddar cheese in there, not necessary but I've been doing that lately

So literally it's super easy

1: Fresh jalapenos. I usually do batches of 15 for 30 halves. Stem, halve, and core them. This is the biggest part of prepwork. Depending on the size of your party you can go more, or go with fewer for just yourself - 15 matches the other ingredients well, though
