The Perfect Neighbor is horribly tragic, but a satisfying ending. Clearly the cops didn't know how to handle this woman. They tried lecturing the neighbors, the victims. At one point, pleading with them to just go along and don't make their lives harder. They should have been lecturing crazy Karen.

Fuck Home Depot. They don't protect their customers or day laborers. Just kiss Ts ass. Don't give these creeps a $.

The voices of children can be
heard from under the rubble
Everyone was in agreement that they did not believe
in Hell anymore per se. Was it even mentioned in the
Bible after all? But also that they nevertheless wished
that it were in fact real. If only for the sake of these
goddamned bastards.
For a limited time being of course. Nothing
eternal. Nothing drastic like that. We weren’t
monsters ourselves.
And I do too. I also wish that. I stood up and told
them that. Hat in hand. Even teared up a little bit. It
was a rousing speech someone said afterwards looking
me directly in the eye and shaking my hand like a
senator. Telling me there were people he wanted me
to come and meet out back.
But we have to be careful about what we collectively
dream into being I said. I am pretty sure that this is
how they invented it the first time around.

Clearly. Playing both sides of the fence. Providing day labor to contractors in their parking lot as well as being customers purchasing for their employerson one side; and not protecting their safety on the other. The worst.
