i relate, man.. at 4-5 am with no sleep the past few days, i find myself watching REALLY yucky medical videos like cleaning ears out, and unwell animals getting some absurdly bizarre issues cleaned up 😔

if anyone is curious or cares at all, all three lines of these fakemons are based around the first three gods of this fictional world - triplets, (from grass - fire - water,) Charm(ing), former god of life, Studious, former goddess of void, current goddess of space, and Al(chemy,) god of death!

making my stupid little fakemons themed after my stupid little oc lore and their fictional culture lol (grass - cultural attire, fire - cultural foods/spices, water - cultural beliefs of death) ((extra info in alt text for the fully evolved forms))

grass - weaves plant fiber into a string to be used as is for sewing or woven into cloth, which, when dried, is perfect for their culture's dresses. can also weave them further into a yarn, and will spend their entire lifespan knitting a piece out of this to gift to their trainer upon reaching close to death. males of this Pokémon are smaller and decorated with colorful flowers and petals interwoven in their leaves; females are much larger and lack any floral accessories. | fire - grows a mix of spices as their mane (the healthier they are, the spicier it is,) which can be harvested with a special tool to be used in cooking. it's recommended to harvest the spice regularly to prevent it from becoming too heavy and immobilizing them, though you can be more lenient around wintertime so the spice can keep them warm. they also have a keen sense of smell, allowing them to notice if a meal has been tampered with or is simply unsafe to eat, making them desired companions for royalty and gods to ensure safety during mealtimes. | water - they use the pearl cleaver-like horn to not only crack open shells for food, but also to sever a stuck spirit's connection to their body or grief, allowing a safe passage to the afterlife. cemeteries and graveyards have manmade waterways and ponds near the entrance to accommodate these creatures, as they're believed to act as temporary companions to spirits and ghosts, helping them cope with their passing. local superstitions recommend you wash off your shoes and hands in these waterways/ponds, to remove any grave dirt or malicious spirits that may be clinging on!

not to mention the fact i can't relive emotions from memories, like ik what i technically felt at the time, but i physically cannot recreate that emotion from those memories, which makes it really hard to like, understand and comprehend myself as a person

my brain is Stupid and Dumb. there r two of me in my brain - not in a separate, respective personality and memories way, in a 'if a piece of glass dropped and split into two distinct pieces that come from the same place,' way - one is so STUPID ANXIOUS and the other has to go thru it all logically,,

workshopping some shitty fakemon designs, i'm not the best at it but i'm working on it regardless lol (they're based off that one image of desired starter ideas to complete specific theme sets amongst existing starters)
i think i just need to simplify them a good bit, which is not my strong suit
