Imagine if HDDVD had survived until the present, and all movies came out on both BluRay and HDDVD. Then the only point of having both formats would be “do you want your movie in a blue case or a red case” and that would be completely pointless.

Yes but that’s because DVDs are a standard format, but each console has their own proprietary ROMs. You don’t need three formats for three boxes for every game. If you want a universal game disk that plays anywhere, that’s what PC gaming is (almost).

Uggg this is a bit niche but Flower Girl from North Korea (they have a self-supporting film industry). It's just endless tragedy with no real point, the girl's family dies, and she's homeless, and she's selling flowers on the street to take care of her little sister.

I agree in concept, I really what I played of BW... but about 1/3 ish of the way through I realize most of my team required stones/trading and I couldn't evolve them so I ragequit. So that unfamiliarity did hurt me.

When I was like 12 kids in school would call me “ghetto” and I thought it meant “gay” (coz it was an insult that started with G) so I would get mad and say things like “no you’re ghetto you do it with boys every night”
