(Funnily though, I think this is the first time someone complained about this since I started in 2021 and everyone else is very understanding and sweet so I basically stressed myself over nothing)

I admit that it's a bit of a sore spot for me since I used to have massive anxiety about patreon delays and always stressed myself way too much about it. But ever since I adopted a mindset of having a looser schedule and informing about any changes, I am a lot more chill about it.

I always send out Lelomail in the first few days at the beginning of the following month (I have to do that in fact because otherwise not everyone's payment has already gone through). If there is a significant delay (or any other schedule change) I always inform about that on my patreon!

A past patron stated in their exit survey that they left due to me sending out Patreon rewards "almost always" too late. Everyone can of course leave anytime for any reason they want to, but I still am a bit confused, so I wanted to address this.

Danke euch für euer ehrliches Feedback ❤️�Wir verstehen die Kritik an der Nutzung von KI-generierten Bildern sehr gut – vor allem, weil gerade in der Spielewelt so viele großartige Künstler:innen aktiv sind, die diese Szene prägen.

Wir stecken mit der Messe noch mitten im Aufbau und probieren aktuell viel aus – dabei wollten wir mit einfachen Mitteln Ideen visualisieren. Rückblickend war das kein guter Weg, und wir nehmen eure Rückmeldungen sehr ernst.

Für uns ist klar: Die Spielemesse Hamburg soll Kreativität feiern – und das geht nur mit echten Künstler:innen.
Künftig möchten wir gezielt mit Illustrator:innen und Kreativen aus der Community zusammenarbeiten.

Danke, dass ihr uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht habt 🙏

The ads are for the whole event, which is a board/card game fair, the AA is just a part of it. I think they only have the rule for artists because AI "art" is a bit of a legal/copyright grey zone and they don't want trouble...

what's the most baffling to me isn't only that companies use ai-generated crap for advertisement but also that they clearly don't look at these pictures for more than 3 seconds before approving them and thus overlook blatantly obvious mistakes...?
