You can see it on nearly all social media spaces too. The worst people will come into a community, force all of the knowledgeable and enjoyable people out by being toxic, and then complain the space has become nothing but toxic people. Then move on to the next community, rinse and repeat.

with AI, be it in part or in its entirety. And it's hard to argue we haven't been heading this way for decades. What with instant gratification and social media basically killing our attention spans. The dopamine churn is very real. And that's exactly what they will feed with AI slop "creations".

at the chance to churn out dozens of slop movies a year(which they already do) without needing to pay actors, set builders, digital artists, etc. Just some dude in the back punching in prompts. It's sad because he's unfortunately right. A large number of people will not care if a movie is made...

I mean... I'm not even the least bit surprised. Corporations everywhere are constantly looking for the cheapest and easiest method to make money. "AI"(generative machine learning) advocates have promised people they will be able to "create" anything they want, and film producers will happily jump...
