Gorgeous photo! The frame looks like an 'old school' snap. I still find it fascinating the way you can't see the castle when walking along a stretch of that beach and then it suddenly pops into view like magic.

If you read the full proposal, it says that they are increasing the standard for certain jobs from the equivalent of GCSE to A level. It is not an across the board requirement.

(2/2) Fast forward 25 years. When I left The Office for the last time, Jon picked me up in Old Hall Street and we headed to Wales to start a new way of life.
It was also the day of John Peel's funeral so this was playing on Radio 1. (Think I was more emotional about that than leaving work.)
