Include the many of us who insurance and still self-ration care bc deductibles, co-pays, and rejected line items, we are well into collapsing. Add in dental, vision, Rx, and heavens forbid psychotherapy--only billionaires, Congress, SCOTUS, and potus are getting adequate care.
