This was in Camp Leaky, Borneo! The guy's still a juvinile, so he has no long tail yet. Btw I drew the ceplok batik motif in the back because 1. birds are common batik motifs 2. ceplok is what we call sunny side-up eggs LOL

Birdtober 4: Extravagant tail - Blyth's Paradise-Flycatcher. It used to be lumped into Asian Paradise-Flycatcher with other species until a species update in 2015! I also saw this fella in the wild (video below)
