I've also been so staunchly against platform manipulation on BlueSky I got kicked from one Discord server over it and in my (FREE) Reddit tutorial I say never ever engage in platform manipulation here. My opinions on these matters have remained the same; I am unfollowing people due to spam here.

I also thought it was weird when I was able to bring up relevant case law (even if I didn't directly cite it, it is Googleable and there are character limits) to back my reasoning and it was interpreted as I was gonna sue. Girl I didn't even block bc I didn't want to hurt your bag...

I allow potshots at crackers. But if you have any disability you've likely been accused of having a victim complex. It's incredibly hurtful to say that to someone in that same marginalized bracket. (I already acknowledged the intersectionality issues; there's nuance.)

I don't know enough about her finances to call her successful or unsuccessful. I just do not like people who engage in platform manipulation on BlueSky the one site where you do not need to. She was a victim of me unfollowing her. She'll live. She blocked first so I have a clean conscience

For legal reasons, I have been using my disabilities as a brand since age 18. Katya created this situation. I don't know why you're coming swinging man. 10 months ago I said you plagiarized me in a polite way. 3 days ago I unfollowed most people. I saw engaging in platform manipulation.

If Katya is broke she can file her motions in forma pauparis and I'd have to pay for every single motion she filed and she could run up my bill. But the court would have to determine she is broke enough. There's a lot of privilege but if she can write a caption she can write a lawsuit.

Again, you can just walk in to your county courthouse and file a lawsuit and it's really cheap. All you need access to is a library and the ability to get to the county courthouse which is sometimes inaccessible. I'll give you that.

If I have taken one of your posts and copied it, you should probably do that, but you won't get monetary damages unless you've registered it with the copyright/IP office first. However, I woke up and that was when I learned of your existence, so I don't think you have a case.

Yes, that's my point. You're missing the whole intersectionality bit which is crazy. Further you're just putting words in my mouth. I said I could sue because you can in America for literally anything. People come to Philly for jurisdictional tourism. But I said I wouldn't block her let alone sue.
