Autistic people are at higher risk of suicidal ideations or death by suicide!

As an autistic person suicidal ideations are something I experience every year when extremely overwhelmed or meltdown or sometimes in autistic burnout!

Having a cold is a fucking sensory nightmare as an autistic person and I'm so tired but cannot sleep due to the feeling of this cold, especially the feeling of mucus/cloggy feeling that won't go away making it hard to swallow it's a sensory ick! #autistic
