Gosia is parent carer to a child with visual impairment. She recently took part in the HPC programme run by VI charity, LOOK. “Taking part in this course was the best decision I have ever made! It changed the way I think and reminded me how to be me again. I feel healthier and happier then ever!”

Healthy Parent Carers just launched in Harrow and already having a positive effect for carers. "It’s good to be reminded that we actually have permission to look after ourselves as well as our children. It’s so necessary and important so that we do not burn out."
