Didn’t plant it but given the size, think it must be #Lepidozamia peroffskyana #ScalyCycad, not endemic to Sydney. But cycad taxonomy isn’t my strong point - corrections welcome.
(Fronds & cones are too large to be #Macrozamia lucida.)

Introduction of lighter V2-mini optimised Starlink sats is assumed tied to the heavier D2C sats & is constrained somewhat by F9 performance.
Starshield sat mass is presumed to be somewhat heavier than the original V2-mini on which they are based ~780 kg.

Most payload masses are from public sources.
Transporter, Bandwagon & classified launches are all guesstimates.
Dragon spacecraft mass is included.
Starlink D2C sat mass was inferred from F9 performance: ~830 kg.

Tonnage of course includes estimates but I was only one launch early for the 1000 tonne milestone announced by SpaceX in 2024.
#NROL126 was counted as a #Starlink launch, carrying 20 Starlink sats and only 2 #Starshield

The next #booster in line is often the least recently used one but that is less common now that 14 day turnarounds have happened. With the current fleet and turnaround times, SpaceX can fly #Falcon9 more than 400 times/yr.

#SpaceX #boosters are assigned to launches either at the #Cape or #Vandenberg.
There are exceptions where boosters switch launch sites but they’re rare. Here’s the current roster

Bad luck #SpaceX on losing #Starship 33 on the 7th test flight. No details yet but presumably a fire in the engine bay, given the progressive loss of engines & flames spotted emerging behind a rear flap hinge. RUD & spectacular debris field reentry caught on cameras in the West Indies.

#SpaceX noted that the launch on Wednesday of #iSpace’s #Resilience (#Hakuto2) & #FireflySpace’s #BlueGhost1 lunar landers was the 100th from Kennedy Space Center pad LC-39A.

Both #ElonMusk & #PeterBeck emphasised the importance & difficulty of increasing #launch #cadence. #SpaceX first launched #Falcon9 in 2010, #RocketLab has flown #Electron since 2017. Let’s see how they compared over the first 8 years.

To put that in context:
#SpaceX #Falcon9 launches (all, including first flights & #FalconHeavy). The dip in 2019 was NOT due to #covid, which did not emerge until year's end. It did, however, apparently suppress launches in 2020 & 2021, delaying the upsweep in cadence.
