We have 1 of 3 books for next year because it's already been contracted. The other two are going to be chosen between now and the end of the year. Our #MSWL ...fills gaps. But in the end we are looking for great stories and talented writers. We won't compromise those to fill a gap.

Our goal is to generate as many bestselling authors as possible. We want to become KNOWN as an incubator for authors landing much larger contracts than we can give them. To get the attention of agents and publishers by giving them a traditional book publishing contract. NOT a vanity or hybrid model.

But BECAUSE it's a business, when we get done with a story, it's going to be a damn good one and improved on from where you started with the submission. Cleaner, with great pacing. Unbelievably amazing cover and with a plan to help you succeed. Great characters, amazing plot...and that's you.

Follow guidelines as closely as possible. Hint: NO editor wants to work with someone who can't take a critique or follow up on requests. If we like it, we won't ask for a change without reason. Sometimes it's up for discussion, sometimes it's not. At the end of the day, publishing is a business.

PS...they are even working on the website tonight. Send it to the email rather than submitting via the site. The new owner was NOT happy with Bluehost and transitioned the hosting to Wix. They're working out bugs from the old site-retooling.

We've had a LOT of social media. Just because we took our site down for awhile to retool and reorganize while putting our effort into editing the books we had contracted, doesn't mean we weren't out there. There was always going to be a time when we came out of the gate strong. That time is NOW.

Our books LOOK like they came out of the Big 5 or one of their imprints because it's every bit as vetted and edited. We don't have the marketing clout they have, so our sole goal is to get developing authors who have never been published, noticed with a great book and small, traditional contract.

You'd need to submit the first few chapters for a HUGE host of reasons. While our grading process on manuscripts is proprietary, it needs to be a well-written story with great characters and a fantastic plot. If you can't hook us in the first chapter into wanting to read more, we will reject it.

We are huge champions of visual log lines for stories whether they are screenplays, teleplays or novels. Images tell a story of 1,000 words and gives the author something to aspire to. We keep framed photos of the book covers on our desks while editing them and change them out when we change stories
