when your estradiol levels are high enough to block testosterone production, which is usually around 250 pg/ml, but can vary by person. I recommend testing for LH and FSH, since they're responsible for stimulating testosterone production. if they're both near 0, it's probably safe to stop spiro

that's a bs comparison. liver is like less than 1% of all food out there. meat + fish + dairy + eggs together is like more than 75% of all the food eaten. so it makes total sense to have a word that means "food with none of these things" and use that word when describing a meal or recipe
