Is this the best RPG franchise of all time? I'm not convinced I can think of a better one, off the top of my head.

Arcing, branching storylines and tangible consequences to player choices, even two games on. I don't know a title which has done it better

I still do not fully understand X-COM on PS1... Does anybody have any pointers?
