In the Kirby series, Dark Matter creatures' entire face is usually just one big eye. Sometimes they have little false eyes while the real eye is disguised as a mouth.

Zero Two in Kirby 64, side by side comparison. In the left image, it has 2 little dot eyes and a wide red mouth. On the right image, it's revealed the eyes are fake and the mouth opens to a large red eye.
