I just miss him so much even with little time he helped me with my mental health and Depression giving me tasks to do and giving me a reason to keep going but im getting better now🐌

my therapist told me grief isn’t something to get over but a journey i also like going to his little grave & just talk to him as if was actually there because i used to do that a lot and bring him snacks i know he'd try eating from me
