In my readings this morning I came across an elevated important figure for today’s date of October 10th

Today honors Gabriel, an enslaved blacksmith in Virginia who planned a rebellion known as Gabriel’s Rebellion. Though the plan was thwarted, he is a great reminder of bravery and liberation.

There’s so much more to say about these books.

One provided great relatable tools and resources for a brain’s like mine. Made the reading material relatable and enjoyable to hear. Makes me confident to move forwards with my diagnosis.

The second book was life changing. Love for all. I’m in awe.

The second book is hands down the best book I’ve read in a very very long time. I recommend every single person on the planet read this book.

“The Four Agreements: A practical guide to Personal Freedom.” By Don Miguel Ruiz

This book is very powerful. It changed how I view everything in life.
