I tell myself I'm not an anxious person, and then I do deep breathing exercises when I get anxious. Both have mixed results, but overall have helped.

I feel this so deeply! All the things I love about Alex and Henry are the things I hate about myself. (They literally are my personality split in half.) I can't explain this discrepancy.
