also has that mid-90s pc game thing where this is CLEARLY a game written without voice acting in mind that then had voice acting added to a second format release and i always find those so interesting. scripts written to be read vs to be spoken are so different, you can always feel it

anyway this game is not as cool as colonel’s bequest in basically any way but it IS weird and sprawling in ways that feel like logical next steps if you wanted to make laura bow bigger and crazier. often charming in that way at least
