Bravo, NYC! We call it ICE but I wonder if it's sometimes a jumble of DHS, cops, and Amazon-costume-wannabes pushing these melees, with their chaos confusing us as to who is responsible and who is in authority. This fits the algorithm they have now, like SA vs SS before the Rohm purge.

Pretty minimal. But if I seethe at my Maga neighbor and they seethe back, we are paying homage to the divisiveness that serves the status quo, and we get nowhere. IMHO Maga is not a solid block--it's made up of individuals, and if de-icing is ever to occur, suspect will be two people at a time.

Beg to differ: Reagan's devastation to US education was a betrayal that delivered US to the uncritical thinking rife now. Clinton's dalliances were an open eyed dereliction of mature leadership. But indeed treachery is a spectrum with potential for a person to go to the extremes of the bell curve.
IMHO elders have a lot to teach us if we listen. Perhaps extend respect and stop with the received thought that the age difference gives you any greater worth in the big picture.
In addition to historical significance, these ancient sites have a particular...hum or vibration...that some can sense, as one advances in age--if they had significance to our ancestors (the ancestors we never were able to meet). And it is such a remarkable pleasure that it can make one giddy.
