Contrary to what Steven Miller and Fox say, there is no meaningful opposition to the deportation of persons guilty of violent crimes, or serious crimes in general. The question is short-circuiting legal processes to deport people who have a clean, upstanding record simply because their skin is dark.

We once lived in a tiny little town that had a tiny little grocery store. It was owned by an older man who set up a witches cauldron on Halloween and put dry ice inside of it with full-size cans of pop.

All the kids knew to come in and grab their own “spooky pop” on Halloween. Small town living.
