Soggy day today. My decision to bring the rain hat was validated on the last mile in.

I don't feel great. I'm well off my paces after the forced time off and this is still peaking so it's hard.

But you know the motto here. Do it anyway. Five miles, two at tempo.

Of course we'll be patient and take the time you need. But I disagree with you feeling you need to stop speaking your thoughts. You're very genuine. Sometimes, that includes speaking from hurt to show others that you can still go on, even if it's not perfect.

After an unexpected week off due to the family medical emergency and subsequent death, I'm finally back at it. Today's run was a very hard interval one, with six periods of a flat 8 pace for 3 minutes each.I couldn't hold it. But I went hard for those intervals anyway. (1/2)

I have to keep contacts for all the furs I know well enough to have their RL name, address, etc. I found out how to store them by their character name as that's how I'll always know them.

And when we were doing timed fast lengths all together, I could consistently do 25 yards in 19-20 seconds. (2/2)

My watch says 1650 yards at the pool today but this time it's actually too low. It can't detect things like kick lengths well so there's some missing. I'm really pleased. I can do a pretty consistent flip turn, although I end up pretty deep and it's not fast. (1/2)

I bled off as I went to stay under the HR cap but only to 9:45. And I'm still pretty wrecked today.Again, the only one who keeps doubting how strong I am is me. Erf. (2/2)
