If you think you can solve the mystery, please be my guest! I don’t think it matters much. Richter’s just Richter to me. He helped the Watchers find me when I was a baby, so he can’t be that dangerous. But it’d stop the debates at least.

*blinks several times at the pitch* Um… yeah! All white, greenish-yellow eyes, answers to Richter. Sometimes. Frequently. But he might just sort of look at you like he’s judging you.
