the part of the video going over that pvper's insane trickstabs nearly broke me, being able to understand what was happening just made it more mind-destroying. excellent video
two elden ring characters in pvp with some overlays that i can't really explain. the character with the lion mask is attacking and the blue haired character is standing on their left facing them. the blue haired one is going to somehow get backstabbed (as in stabbed in the back) despite not being in front of the lion mask while also directly facing them because elden ring is insane jank

yes! games have really unique tools in getting you to physically live as someone or something else for a bit by forcing the player to make decisions to better embody a character (whether this is like mario or something more abstract)
