Get real! If SCOTUS dares to hold Trump accountable for anything of a serious nature, DJT will order the military to arrest them.
Therein lies the problem, in that Trump has an army to defend him, and SCOTUS has nobody.

Good point. ICE is guarding those facilities, along with, at times, the National Guard and the Marines, going so far as to arrest mayors and congresspersons for fear they'll find out what's going on in those facilities.
