Will schools still bother with music education when AI can compose, mix, and master in 15 seconds? Will creativity be something people develop, or just something they prompt? What happens to the value of effort, learning, expression, when “good enough” is always a click away?

We’re also told, very politely, of course, that refusing to let our work be ingested by AI models is somehow anti-knowledge. As if a model trained on your voice, your chords, your lyrics is part of some grand intellectual commons. It’s not.
