and that often leaves me feeling deeply troubled because this is something I see as a method of pleasure and indulgence and here it is being used for the exact opposite. Probably the most famous example being when Super Buu in DBZ does it to that one guy by forcing himself down said man's throat.

You know what I don't see people talk about? How seeing things that are kinks for people used as methods of torture and murder affects them mentally. Example, I'm a HUGE fan of expansion kinks, but sometimes those are used to cause slow and painful, often explosive, deaths for characters in fiction+
