This year, for the 1st time, I planned to participate in NaNoWriMo. Since it was discontinued, I decided to follow Stephen King's alleged way of writing in October. I wanted to finish 70,000 words by 10/31. I find 500 words a more comfortable fit for me. I guess I better do what works best for me.

I notice you are working on a novel about Latvia during the war. there was a Math professor at Tulane who came/went abroad to go to school. his home country was invaded and he couldn't go back. he was a miserable, lonely, old man, don't know how i managed to crack the ice, but we sometimes conversed

reading No More Tears - is that why anti freeze is so popular? so, cosmetics were added because the rich woman went blind from rat hairs in eye makeup? I read the book about the rat hairs oodles of years ago.

I’ve always read for entertainment. I suppose that’s why I don’t like classical literature. I write for the same reason. I want to be read. It’s the most important thing.
