The struggle is reaI. I still feel I struggle with this.

Try different angles, lighting, and take plenty of photos to see what you like and what stands out as not quite right so you can finesse it further.

Change it up every once in a while and do some creative censoring as well. Helps break it up

Honestly the best way to start is to just start. Its was the hardest part by far.

Go at your own pace and if possible, find a friend to go with. Having someone to talk with and cheer you on (and visa versa) is a great motivator!

Whoever you are, youre gonna do great!

I had a couple of friends drag me along with them. I knew i needed to start being active so i agreed (begrudgingly mind you)

They introduced me to the push, legs, pull method and we went from there.

I use an app called hevy which tracks my workouts and has examples of good form. It helps a lot!
