Sweater weather, but make it Jocktober 12

We went bowling today, which we haven't done in a while. It was really fun, and the soreness in my arm is expected. What's throwing me is how sore my feet are! And specifically where - the top side of the ankle area, kinda where the foot meets the leg 😬
