It's a one-winged aɴ𝓰- BIRD Pokémon which makes use of its telekinetic powers and observation skills to survive.

Drawings of an unofficial Pokémon based on Tari from the SMG4/Meta Runner series.
This Pokémon, called "Intellijay", is a Psychic/Flying bird Pokémon. Its description says:

"Intellijay owes its survival to its telekinetic powers and its ability to assess its surroundings."
"It makes up for its missing wing by collecting an object as an extra limb, and it eases its flight with levitation."

The several drawings include Intellijay holding various object by its side via telekinesis:
- Side-view Intellijay holding a tree branch.
- Front-facing intellijay holding a knife, looking at the viewer in a somewhat intimidating fashion.
- 3/4 view Intellijay fancying its newly found metallic arm. Flavor text says: "a familiar arm", with an arrow pointing at the arm.
- Intellijay flying back to a cliff that partially collapsed, stressed as it holds a scared Pikachu.

FUN FACT
Windows still has dialer.exe, a program supposed to store phone numbers dial the one of your choice in a landline phone connected to your PC.
It's not really been updated much since it made its debut in Windows 95. Over 30 years ago.

A woman appears on screens around the city. Her attire makes it clear that she is of the Robotnik bloodline, an esteemed family whose success long ago lied upon the defeat of the fugitive, Sonic the Hedgehog. "Greetings, citizens of Neo Egg City. As you know, I am Sage. Daughter of Dr. Ivo Robotnik. Creator of this new utopia. The roboticized fox disappears into shadows as Sage ends her speech.
