I found the Good Omens book decades ago through Terry Pratchett, and loved it, but the show and the fandom surrounding it have changed my life in ways that I didn’t realize were possible, and have helped me realize who I actually am.

I have been grieving the world that I thought we lived in since July, and have mostly come to terms with separating the art from the artist, because Good Omens is much bigger than just one person - and for now, this is where I still am.

I will not let what Neil Gaiman has done destroy, for me, the way my life has changed for the better because of Good Omens, but I absolutely do not support him or any future work by him. There is no -NO- excuse for the things he has done and the ways he has directly and indirectly hurt so many people.

Any Good Omens fanart or fanfics or headcanons or theories that I post here (or elsewhere) should in no way be taken as an endorsement or approval of Neil Gaiman - this is our world now, he has lost his right to have any further part in it.

Archbishop James Ussher claimed that the Heaven and the Earth were created on Sunday, the 21st of October, 4004 BC, at 9:00 a.m. This too was incorrect, by almost a quarter of an hour. It was created at 9:13 in the morning. Which was correct. The whole business with the fossilised dinosaur skeletons was a joke the palaeontologists haven't seen yet.
