Thanks to them, this partnership shows how cross-sector collaboration can improve access to essential care, ensuring equity, and care for some of the most vulnerable patients.

The project was driven by shared motivation and enthusiasm from both organisations, with clinicians and senior leadership and management working closely from the outset.
