Arrived at Musashi-Masuko under dramatic clouds. Heard drums near Aki River—found a festival with mikoshi and street decorations. Got beef skewers from food stalls. Walked to Musashi-Itsukaichi through quiet streets, saw more festival spots around Akiruno as night came.
