Jump to riftbound, fab, bandai game or heck the new yugioh format that is creating so much buzz. MTG has fully entered its cash cow era and it's being turbo milked. There is zero reason for them to try and reclaim the competitive high ground they wilfully surrendered after lockdown.

Thankfully there are now other options. Fab has a far superior op system, one piece a much more lenient buy in and riftbound might just outclass both by next year.
