The GOP plan is to drag blue states down to red state levels. Basically people who run state governments for personal enrichment stealing from people who run state governments to benefit residents. Rewarding mediocrity is the Republican way.

Well, historically, blue states have been guilty of this, too. The difference is that blue states use their corruption to help people at the lower levels while red states only help the elite.
