according to the systems we have in place, your job is the thing you live your life around, and i think that is total bullshit. my life is not going to be lived working so that some apple executive can do all the things i want to and never work a day in their life.

i really hate how jobs in the modern day exist to substitute your life. i do not live to work, and i am not going to work a 6 day week. the biggest scam a company can pull is convincing you your time needs to be spent working for them.

He was a very soft cat. Very polite and patient. He wasn't a total lap cat, but did enjoy being around us and laying his paws on us. He was an outdoorsy cat too, spending a lot of time climbing trees and napping in the sun. He had an appetite for a yummy treat every day, and scritches on his face.

we didn't let him starve or suffer longer than necessary. he passed peacefully in his sleep, and on his own accord.

it would have cost 10k+ to treat him, and even then there was no guarantee it would have worked. likely fungal. he refused to eat for days, and tried to isolate himself, so we knew he was ready. We gave him lots of attention, pets, and care, with meds—and then the next day we brought him to the vet.
