Try this dose of reality. In the US, people are profit centres for insurance companies, whose job is to create shareholder value. if you are ill, you are a cost centre that must be minimized or eliminated.

I will sometimes hit them with the largest difference. In the US, corporations are people and people are profit centres. If you are healthy, then you are a profit centre to the insurance company, who exists solely to create shareholder value. If ill, you are a cost that must be controlled.
