The player opposite had two dragon triplets. No one should ever discard the remaining white dragon in this situation but somehow, the player to my right did exactly that… and lost.

Somehow the example code they provided doesn’t run once. It just keeps checking and mutating the skybox’s asset. 🧐

Mine runs once because of the Without query of the Skybox component.

5/ I once described the Supreme Court judgment in Scottish Ministers (and its fallout) as “borders on the illogical, pushes past irrationality”.

Expecting the courts to act rationally, then, may be asking too much.

4/ They say “men” and “women” are just words with a “purpose”, they no longer refer to actual people. And it’s so fucked up, it borders on the illogical, pushes past irrationality, and makes you seriously question the education of the judges involved.

4/ Under English law, consent cannot be conditional. It can only be vitiated if doing so aligns with public policy, and such policy must be rational. I contend that the policy appears irrational and cannot be applied consistently. Consequently, consent cannot be vitiated in the case of Watkin.

What I’m saying is that sexual orientation cannot be used as a basis unless the rule in question applies equally to all orientations.

3/ To extend the same legal reasoning, why couldn’t Ciara Watkin report the man for rape and have him imprisoned for pretending to be a “Supreme Court heterosexual”? She could, after all, give evidence to prove that he isn’t one.

According to the judge Mr Makepeace, if you’re a trans woman suffering from the stress of state violence in the form of malicious prosecution and lose your ability to “pass” that must mean you’re part of a conspiracy to undermine the court, you deserve a harsher sentence. He fucking spelled it out.

The judge seems to believe that both he and the defendant are entitled to see a pretty Ciara, so that their male privilege is protected. He doesn’t care the real victim suffers from wrongful prosecution and might have no money to get for example a nice haircut. He thinks this is intentional.
