The articles are a bit confusing, but they mentioned a breach on the customer service part, so if you fear your data, maybe later? 😅

They really should have postponed the start, this is such a let down. Unfortunately normal retail suffered too, and with the alpha coming out, my bestie’s ALL CHARACTERS DISAPPEARED, thankfully that’s restored now. Their customer service system is a torture too, the ticket service goes in link loops

We couldn’t play normally in the last 3 days, cannot complete quests, things are not loading, had to RECREATE a character because when logging in, it said that the character name is already taken?????????????????????? I haven’t seen such a mess in a long time and that says something
