💃 Professor Sarah Astill @slastill.bsky.social led the research project 'Dance On' with Yorkshire Dance, highlighting its positive impact on health in older adults, particularly women in lower socio-economic areas. And Dance On is still going strong around Leeds.

We’re a growing interdisciplinary network started in 2023. Our goal is to bring together people from different fields to collaborate and improve heath and wellbeing in later life. We now have 150 members and have held 8 events (more to come in 2025). And we're happy to connect here!
