Thank you to the poll workers who have dedicated their time today to ensure voters are able to participate. Your commitment to the democratic process is deeply appreciated.
❗️Polls Open Until 10 PM Tonight❗️

Due to earlier issues, polling hours in Chester County have been extended until 10:00 PM. If you haven’t voted yet, you still have time to make your voice heard.
If your name is still not listed in the updated poll book, you have the right to request and cast a provisional ballot.
If any voter was turned away at their polling location earlier today, I encourage them to return if possible. Supplemental polling books have now been delivered to all Chester County polling locations.
I urge the Department of State to act quickly and thoroughly, and I remain committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and confidence in our democratic process.
Elections are the bedrock of our democracy, and any breakdown in the process threatens the public’s faith in that system. Public trust depends on accountability and swift action. Voters deserve to know that their voices will be heard and their ballots will be counted without error or delay.
We also requested that the Department of State report its findings to the Pennsylvania House and Senate, along with any legislative recommendations to prevent this from happening in future elections.
The Chesco State House Delegation and I, have formally requested that the PA Dept of State conduct a full and transparent investigation into the cause of the omission, the response on Election Day, the number of affected voters, & the steps being taken to ensure all ballots are properly counted.
While provisional ballots were reportedly made available, this raises serious questions about how the error occurred, how widespread it was, and whether any voters were disenfranchised.
I am deeply concerned by reports that voters in Chester County were omitted from poll books during voting on Tuesday, November 4. According to county officials, the issue affected third-party and newly registered voters and was discovered shortly after polls opened.
