Anime Research Group Espial was present when Hideo Azuma and his friends first unveiled Cybele during the tenure of the circle's brief history. There are lots of standalone drawings that are plenty humorous!

Great! I am only halfway in editing but it's got tons of work in it. Hope to post it soon 🫡

Tomino from a fun book I'm currently editing, "My Favorite Fraw" from the Fraw Bow F.C. This particular one has commentary from Daicon IV and some very emotional Fraw x Amuro works. I got this one from M some time ago when he cleaned his storage out.
a cheeky yoshiyuki tomino to soothe your feels

This is an early post-broadcast work by some of the most important, prolific female Aniparo illustrators of their day.

I recently archived my copy of vol. 9 of Anime Research Group Espial's imprint Esperanto, primarily their Mobile Suit Gundam / Ideon meets Edo era parody Sekigahara. Published in 1981 for Comiket 19, this is a lengthy work that features a lot of Garma above all. Links to read/download below:
An orange cover of Garma Zabi wearing samurai battle armor, illustrated by Aya Shishioin.

One of the most elusive, rare titles to grace the web, Esperanto as an imprint has seldom gone to market and is exceedingly hard to acquire, much less in this shape. This particular book I got from Mandarake thinking it was something totally different (one comes to find that you cannot trust all Mandarake listings as it was cataloged incorrectly).

This is an early post-broadcast work by some of the most important, prolific female Aniparo illustrators of their day - Shio Sato (Haruka Sato, Simone Yotsuya), Riho Yagisawa (Meiko Hayashi) and Aya Shishioin (A name that is an amalgamation of both Aya and Shio's pennames, though is of the author Aya Katsura) penned this work, whereas it was later available at Comiket 19. At this time, these artists were quite important contributors to texts such as Monthly OUT and Animage during its tenure as a subculture magazine. Anime Research Group Espial was present when Hideo Azuma and his friends first unveiled Cybele during the tenure of the circle's brief history. An offshoot of both circles Syndicate as well as Tokyo Animenia Army, this work encompasses each author's sensitivity to literature, Japanese history and pop culture under the veil of both mecha and BL.

While treated very romantically, this is one of the few times I've seen Sato do anything where Garma isn't attached to the hip with Char.

I should have this one up today, if not tomorrow, if time is kind to me haha.

Originally completed on November 11th, 1981, it would later be released at Comiket 19 on December 20th of that year.
The plot is based on the real Battle of Sekigahara of 1600, which happened in what is now the Gifu Prefecture at the end of the Sengoku period. M gave me his copy he got years ago.
Garma standing with a sword on his shoulder, his hair is long and his face is highly masculine. The book title, in Japanese script, is above his head.

Scanned in from vol. 9 of Anime Research Group ESPIAL's Esperanto imprint, primarily a Edo era Gundam parody titled The Battle of Sekigahara (関ヶ原). The main manuscript is illustrated by Shio Sato (Simone Yotsuya) and contains a rare hetero piece between Garma x Icelina!

The throuple I think about every day
a stylized Gundam / Yasuhiko inspired drawing of Boba Fett, Leia Organa and Han Solo. Boba looks to his right with an angry face at Han who's disinterested but grumpy. Leia looks at the viewer with a Doge-face style "wow" expression. The drawing is signed Chris de la Bigne and is greyscale

Various comics, albeit that this one is actually only about 15 pages tops. The style is very much of the 1990s, which is interesting, and a lot of simplistic choices were made in its production. I will be offering this one if anyone is interested! Free ship in the US.

Many of the artists are not listed as there isn't a colophon, so its been hard tracking who's who.

I recently archived a relatively obscure Legend of the Galactic Heroes doujinshi by the circle Octopus Trap, who's had a trail of over 30+ years of producing work! While short, this comes from a collection of 70+ books:

The front cover from the upcoming release (a little delayed due to some hardware issues) of Octopus Trap's Legend of the Galactic Heroes 2 doujinshi. At only about 15 pages, this is a short work from Comiket 40 by a circle that existed for almost 20+ years. Yang and Reinhard are on the cover:
