We’ve been abandoned. The system failed us. It’s time to rise. Stop apologizing. Stop expecting one-size-fits-all care to fix you—you’re not broken, the system is. Embrace your weird, your rebellion, your life. Join me in challenging everything you thought you knew about mental health.
Parenting as a therapist means knowing too much.
You see the inevitability of pain, the way it shapes every person you’ve ever helped.
And you brace... not against the pain itself, but against not knowing which one will make your child who they are.

Saying RFK Jr. isn't that bad because of things like banning red dye 40 is like saying cancer isn’t so bad because it's helping you reach your goal weight. The ‘silver linings’ don’t change the fact that it’s still fucking cancer.
Love survives a lot. Respect doesn’t. Once fear replaces truth, respect rarely returns.
Fear doesn’t cage her. It fuels her. That’s why she can’t be stopped.
Idea: If we ever get free & fair elections again, candidates should need 50% of the eligible population... not just actual voters. If you can’t inspire half your people to show up for you, you don’t deserve the office. If you can't convince half of your people you represent them, then you don't.
The “free market” myth blinds people to capitalist authoritarianism.
Fascism doesn’t need socialism. It just needs concentrated power... and capitalism can deliver that just fine.

Going to have to Update The

I don’t give a fuck if it’s legal... do you agree with it?
Pick a side.
Stop pretending only the state is accountable.
Fair point... Sometimes my curiosity just gets the best of me 😬
I'm legitimately interested in knowing what freedom you specifically have gained that you didn't have six months ago. Legitimately want to know your answer please.
"What an unpleasant day to be a person with sense."

This broke me today. I don’t have the energy to explain it, justify it, or fight with anyone about it. I’m just here grieving what we’ve become.

Grok (grōk) — a knowing that transcends words.

Used in a sentence:
Elon Musk doesn’t grok.

(He just trademarked what he doesn’t understand.)
They say it's "just concern."

But what they're really afraid of...
is that we see the world too clearly.

The MAHA commission tried to erase ADHD.

Maybe it’s not just chaos that fuels us—maybe it’s connection.

We were raised on villains with backstories.
We watched society call pain “evil” and obedience “good.”
And we stopped believing the narrative.

JD Vance says the courts are blocking what voters want by requiring due process on immigration. But even if that is what voters want, the courts aren’t saying no—they’re saying not like that. There has to be a method to the madness. That’s what law is.
Vance says Roberts is ‘profoundly wrong’ about judiciary’s role to check executive branch | CNN Politics

Here’s the truth:
Once you find your way?
It’s better.
It’s more effective.
It’s easier.
And it’s powerful as hell.
So this is for every woman who’s ever felt like she was doing everything wrong—because the way everyone else was doing it didn’t work for her.
And it is wild that we still live in a world where people are made to feel like they’re failing simply because they function differently.
Every one of us needs support throughout our life.
It just looks different for each of us.
Here’s your reminder:
Needing support isn’t a flaw.
It’s not something you’re only allowed when you’re a kid, or in crisis, or falling apart.
