I love asian pickles but they can be very hot, if you can get Kashmiri Chilli you can get all the flavour and colour without too much of the heat.

Added an extra squeeze of Lime juice too, so in the same area as a Lime Pickle. The Gooseberry version is keeping very well too.

This Sunday - check times - BBC Countryfile presenters visit Artistraw cider in Herefordshire & an (unnamed here) large-scale cider maker for comparison. I'm guessing Weston's for the latter perhaps, as mentions a "family business"? 🤔
