All billionaires are "philanthropists," doesn't mean they're not evil or self-serving. The only exception is Dolly Parton because she literally has helped TONS of people with her money and did it through smart investments. The rest cannot say the same.

Neither. Sorry, but she made her money off the backs of others no matter how you slice it. There's NO SUCH THING as a "self-made" billionaire, except for maybe Dolly Parton. And I don't see Swift giving her money to help children get books any time soon.
